Payments:

All payments must be made upon order unless a pre agreement has been made. We Accept UK Cash, UK Cheque, Credit and Debit cards and any card payments made via telephone will have a receipt attached to the written invoice upon collection/delivery of goods.

Completion Times:

We will endeavour to make sure your order is completed for the agreed time stated on the order sheet only, it is not our policy to contact you when the job is completed, we only notify customers if the job will not be completed on time. All Embroidery orders have a standard turnaround time of 10 working days regardless of qty, we run an express service of 5 working days but this is at a cost of 25% extra of the order value.

Clothing Range:

All of our clothing range is available as stated in the catalogue, any samples will be arranged at cost to the customer, we are unable to store a sample of everything we do on our premises and therefore have to purchase the items in advance. All items are subject to immediate availability. The customer will be notified if a garment is not available and on back order, the customer can then decide whether to wait for availability or select an alternative garment of the same type of equal value.

Returns / Errors:

Any returns through size errors may only be returned if we are found to be at fault, we will accept any/all garments back where the fault is proven to be with us and not the customer. Any/all damaged garments we have supplied can also be returned through printing errors. Any/all returns/errors must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

Artwork Issues:

All artwork designed by us which have been approved by the customer come as close to the screen proof as possible, any differences in size and colour are minimal and regarded as acceptable. Proofs are only sent if requested by the customer and timescale is based upon approval of artwork and not ordered date.

Delivery:

We can deliver orders to anywhere within a 15 mile radius for £10.00
We offer a free delivery service nationwide providing the order value exceeds £100.00
Any garments sent out via post will be at cost to customer and added to your invoice total.
